Residents in northeast Wichita have reported seeing a car submerged near Linden and Gatewood, northwest of 13th and Webb.
A Sedgwick County 911 dispatcher confirmed someone called police on Saturday saying a white sedan was submerged in a lake in the upscale subdivision. Wichita police and firefighters responded but found no one in the vehicle. There were no reports of injuries or any other emergency.
