Two men robbed a house in east Wichita early Sunday morning while a 25-year-old man was babysitting two girls, 8 and 10, police said.
At about 1:30 a.m., two men knocked on the door of the house in the 800 block of north Poplar, just east of Grove, and the babysitter let them inside. The intruders pointed handguns at the man and forced him into the bathroom. The two stole cash belonging to the homeowner, who was not home, and fled, Sgt. Scott Bruno said.
No one was injured. Police are still searching for the men. No descriptions were available.
