LaRussa to speak at Wichita State baseball banquet

Former St. Louis Cardinals manager Tony LaRussa will be the featured speaker at Wichita State’s First Pitch Banquet on Feb. 24.

LaRussa won three World Series in his 33-year career, two with the Cardinals in 2011 and 2006. He also managed the Chicago White Sox and Oakland Athletics before retiring.

The banquet will be held at Koch Arena’s practice gym.
