Randy Rogers, Wale play Wichita’s Cotillion

Two shows at The Cotillion

1. Randy Rogers

Red Dirt country music group the Randy Rogers Band will play at the Cotillion, 11120 W. Kellogg, at 8 p.m. Friday.

Sam Silva and the Good will open the show. The dance floor will be open, Cotillion Manager Ryan Stevenson said.

Doors will open at 7 p.m. Tickets, $20, are available at www.thecotillion.com or by calling 316-722-4201.

2. Wale

Rapper and D.C. native Wale will bring his “Ambition” tour to the Cotillion at 8 p.m. Tuesday. It’ll be his first time in Wichita, Stevenson said.

The dance floor will be open for closer stage access. Doors open at 7 p.m. Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 the day of the show. They are available at www.thecotillion.com or by calling 316-722-4201.

Barnyard BBQ birthday

The Shamrock Lounge, 1724 W. Douglas, is bringing together a night of food and music Saturday.

Barnyard BBQ is a celebration honoring lounge owner Dave Stough’s birthday. He’ll be cooking BBQ of a different style using lamb, goat and duck meats. The Westerman Brothers Band will perform their blues stylings at 9 p.m. Cover for the event is $5 or free with a side dish. Food will be served at 7 p.m. For more information, call 316-267-3100.
