The bank, which does business in the Wichita area, entered into a formal agreement with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency in September 2009.

The OCC said in a news release today that it terminated the agreement on Dec. 12.

The $834 million bank operates branches in Halstead, Hesston, Newton and Wichita, at 4838 W. Central.
