Looking for Christmas scenes

Is there a Christmas sight around town that you think everybody should see?

Designer Q&A

Q: My 3-year-old son has a lot of hats, and I hate how they’re stored under a little table in his room. Do you have any ideas?

A: A cute way to store hats is to put them into a tall, somewhat wide, clear cylinder vase. You may be able to find one made of plastic so you don’t have to worry about it getting broken. Try Michaels, for example.

Temporary rosemary

Potted rosemary trees and standards last a short time indoors and should not be considered permanent houseplants. Nor have they been hardened off for outdoor display or planting. You can prolong their lives by keeping them in a cool, bright room away from heat sources. Allow the soil surface to dry between waterings.
