Jaime Oeberst found that Vashti Seacat died from a gunshot wound to her head and neck but couldnÕt determine whether it was a homicide or a suicide, according to testimony Wednesday morning in her husbandÕs preliminary hearing. Oeberst said her determination as to the manner of death, homicide or suicide, was difficult because of severe heat damage to Vashti SeacatÕs body. (November 30, 2011)
