Operation Holiday application sites open around Wichita today

WICHITA – Operation Holiday application sites open today at nine locations around Wichita.

The sites are at Inter-Faith Ministries Enrichment Center, Inter-Faith Ministries Holiday Distribution Center, Atwater Neighborhood City Hall, Evergreen Neighborhood City Hall, Horace Mann Dual Language Magnet School, Stanley Neighborhood City Hall, Victory Baptist Community of Faith, Indo-Chinese Center and Wichita Community Action Inc.

Hours of operation vary by location. Addresses and hours for each location are available on the Inter-Faith Ministries (IFM) website, www.IFMnet.org.

Eligible recipients must live in Sedgwick County or surrounding areas and be no younger than 17. Total household income is considered. Only one application is accepted per household and participants may apply for only one holiday program.

Assistance for Spanish-speaking applicants is available at Colvin Neighborhood City Hall, Evergreen Neighborhood City Hall and Horace Mann Dual Language Magnet School. Vietnamese-speaking applicants can apply at the Indo-Chinese Center.
