APPLE WEEK: CINNAMON APPLE PORK CHOPS

It's prime time for apple pickin', apple buyin' and apple eatin'. This week, we'll share some recipes for how to utilize fall's favorite fruit. Today's comes from Taste of Home magazine.

INGREDIENTS

4 boneless pork loin chops (4 oz. each)
2 tablespoons reduced-fat butter, divided
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 medium tart apples, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
