OKTOBERFEST WEEK: ONE SPECIAL SPAETZLE

The month of October is traditionally the time for festivals and parties featuring German food and beer. This week, we'll share some recipes that will make your Oktoberfest party guests say "danke." Today's recipe comes from the Food Network's Guy Fieri.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup cold water
1 3/4 cups flour, plus extra for kneading
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
3 quarts low sodium chicken stock
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons fresh chopped flat-leaf parsley
2 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan, plus extra for garnish
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
