SAVORY PIE WEEK: TIN PORK PIES

Pie is a fabulous dessert. But in the fall and winter, it also makes a fabulous dinner. This week, we'll share some succulent savory pie recipes. Today's comes from epicurious.com.

INGREDIENTS
3/4 pound ground pork
1 medium onion, peeled and grated
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 (9-inch) discs prerolled, refrigerated pie dough (such as Pillsbury)
2 eggs, beaten
