WHAT IT IS: A classic treat featuring a banana dipped in chocolate and frozen.

WHERE TO GET IT: Several booths at the fair sell this cools-you-off treat, including the frozen cheesecake booth four food stands away from the KWCH building on Fortt. Riley Boulevard.

TONIGHT AT THE GRANDSTAND

Big Time Rush, the fair's biggest-selling ticket this year, will take the Grandstand stage at 4 p.m. today. The group will appear along with fellow boy band Hot Chelle Rae. Tickets are $25 and do not include outside gate admission. Read more about Big Time Rush in today's Arts & Leisure section.
