PEANUT BUTTER WEEK: PEANUT BUTTER BLONDIES

Peanut butter is one of those versatile ingredients that can make both sweet and savory dishes taste all the better. This week, we'll share recipes that deliciously incorporate peanut butter. Today's comes from Redbook magazine.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
6 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup (packed) light brown sugar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup salted peanuts, chopped
1/2 cup peanut butter chips
3 oz. extra-dark or bittersweet chocolate, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
