Real Development's leasing agent resigned Thursday afternoon as questions continued about maintenance neglect at the company's signature downtown Wichita property.
Craig Simon, who represented Real Development partners Dave Lundberg and Michael Elzufon in leasing deals, said he was resigning "due to the current circumstances."
Earlier this week, several tenants at Real Development's Wichita Executive Centre, 125 N. Market, raised questions about maintenance neglect at the 19-story office building, centering around air conditioner and elevator problems.
Simon is a partner with Troy Palmer in Simon Palmer Properties, a Wichita building management firm. Palmer also owns R.E. Black Building Management, which stepped down this week as the building manager for several Real Development downtown Wichita properties, including the Wichita Executive Centre.
