RED, WHITE & BLUE WEEK: PATRIOTIC GELATIN SALAD

The Fourth of July is fast approaching. Time to plan a patriotic menu. This week, we'll share some ideas for celebrating America with food. Today's recipe is a beautiful and festive layered treat from Taste of Home magazine.

INGREDIENTS

2 packages (3 oz. each) berry blue gelatin
2 packages (3 oz. each) strawberry gelatin
4 cups boiling water, divided
2-1/2 cups cold water, divided
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
2 cups (16 oz.) sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
