A 19-year-old Wichita woman was killed this morning in a two-vehicle crash in Greenwood County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol said Kathleen Marie Duling was eastbound on U.S. 400 three miles east of Beaumont when the accident occurred at 11:17 a.m.

Investigators said she was trying to pass another eastbound car when she lost control of her car and collided with a westbound semi. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the semi was not injured.
