The crime

At approximately 2:30 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 30, an unknown man entered a house in the 1200 block of North Larimer in the Riverside neighborhood. The man confronted two residents and wanted to know where "Hector" was. The residents told the suspect that Hector did not live there. The suspect told them he had a gun, but it was never seen. The suspect beat one of the victims unconscious. The second victim started to struggle with the suspect and was struck across the face with a wooden chair.
