Warren pleased with IMAX attendance

Bill Warren is all smiles about the early attendance numbers from his IMAX theater at 21st and Tyler.

Never more so than on Monday, when 1,831 people came in to see "Tron."

Attendance Monday in the 601-seat theater, according to Warren West employees, was:

* Noon: 378

* 3:30: 485

* 7 p.m.: 561

* 10 p.m.: 407

The IMAX and renovated auditoriums at the Warren West opened Friday night.

"Tron" will continue for about a month before "The Green Hornet" becomes the next feature, Warren said.
