Achievers (Aug. 19)

Davian Vigil, 9, of Hutchinson, finished fifth in the 50 meters for 9- and 10-year-olds at the Hershey national track and field meet in Hershey, Pa., on Aug. 7. Vigil won the 50 and 100 at the state level and was third in the softball throw.
