Kellogg reopens after collision

WICHITA — Eastbound Kellogg has reopened next to the I-135, following a collision involving a motorcycle and a dump truck.

The collision happened at about 12:10 p.m. near the Hillside exit. The rider of the motorcycle has been taken to Wesley Medical Center with potentially serious injuries.
