Wichita City Council members have approved their intent to issue $16 million in industrial revenue bonds to help finance Bill Warren's theater at 21st and Tyler. WICHITA -- Warren Theatres will break ground at 10 a.m. Friday on its $7.2 million IMAX expansion at the 21st and Tyler theater.
The groundbreaking is expected to feature Wichita Mayor Carl Brewer and other city council members.
