WICHITA — In two hours Wednesday morning, Wichita police officers wrote 28 tickets on Kellogg just west of Hillside.
The police conducted a LiDAR — Light Detection and Ranging radar traffic enforcement operation, said Gordon Bassham, spokesman for the Wichita Police Department.
The top speeder was clocked at 82 miles per hour, Bassham said. Officers will check for speeders this afternoon on Kellogg east of Rock Road.
