"Justified"
From the pages of crime novelist extraordinaire Elmore Leonard comes this series about Raylan Givens (Timothy Olyphant), a no-nonsense deputy U.S. marshal who returns to his native Kentucky to fight crime. In the pilot, Givens goes up against a buddy from his youth, Boyd Crowder (Walton Goggins, "The Shield"), who has resurfaced as a violent white-power leader. 9 p.m., FX, Channel 31.
"Marriage Under Construction"
Buying a home is only the beginning. This new weekly series follows the lives of newlyweds Natalie and Rodney as they purchase, renovate and decorate their new home. An expert foreman and an aspiring designer will help the couple delve into the process of transforming their house into a home as they adjust to married life and managing a household budget. 10 p.m., HGTV, Channel 39.

Let the "big dance" begin, as the opening-round game from Dayton, Ohio, kicks off the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament. The winner of tonight's No. 64 vs. No. 65 game advances to the first round to play the overall No. 1 seed this weekend. CBS will air coverage of "March Madness" beginning Thursday and running through the final on April 5. 6:30 p.m., ESPN, Channel 32.
