From the pages of crime novelist extraordinaire Elmore Leonard comes this series about Raylan Givens (Timothy Olyphant), a no-nonsense deputy U.S. marshal who returns to his native Kentucky to fight crime. In the pilot, Givens goes up against a buddy from his youth, Boyd Crowder (Walton Goggins, "The Shield"), who has resurfaced as a violent white-power leader. 9 p.m., FX, Channel 31.

Let the "big dance" begin, as the opening-round game from Dayton, Ohio, kicks off the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament. The winner of tonight's No. 64 vs. No. 65 game advances to the first round to play the overall No. 1 seed this weekend.
