Too bad it's a myth that St. Patrick banished all the snakes from Ireland. I had hoped he would appear in Washington, D.C., on the 17th and rid that city of all its snakes.

The headline "Study: 2,000 uninsured Kansans could die" (March 6 Eagle) was totally ridiculous. The fact is, 2,000 insured Kansans could die. In fact, we will all die, whether or not we are insured. People get health care, whether or not they have insurance.
