Kansas State coach Frank Martin poses for a picture with 7-year-old son Owen Chaffin. Owen was there with his mother, Mary Alice Chaffin and grandmother Sondra Hodgson. Chaffin is a Wichita native, graduate of East High School and Kansas State. Hodgson graduated from Kansas State in 1958 and got another degree from the school in 1999. The family now lives in Pittsburgh and are thrilled to be able to see Kansas State play. Chaffin and her husband have two tickets for the game against Southern Mississippi on Thursday. Owen painted his face with purple makeup and calls himself "The Purple Bandit" and said, "I'm a pretty good basketball player myself."
