It looks as if the number 13 is lucky after all. A year after he scandalized "Bachelor" fans by dumping his Final Rose, Melissa Rycroft, for first runner-up Molly Malaney on live TV, Bachelor No. 13 Jason Mesnick will wed Malaney in a two- hour television special. It will reportedly feature former "Bachelor" and "Bachelorette" contestants (no word if the recently married Rycroft will be among them) as wedding guests. 7 p.m., ABC and KAKE, Channel 10.

You can't call yourself a film buff without having seen this 1927 musical, which wasn't the first sound movie but got the talkie ball rolling. Al Jolson plays Jakie Rabinowitz, the son of a Jewish cantor (Warner Oland), who is expected to follow in his father's footsteps. With a restless spirit, Jakie challenges his fate and pursues a career as — wait for it — a jazz singer. 8:45 p.m., TCM, Channel 65.
