Rapid City tops Thunder again

Rapid City beat the Wichita Thunder 6-4 on Wednesday night in Rapid City, S.D., the second consecutive night the teams played to the same score.

Jason Reese, Tomas Klempa, Joel Hanson and Neil Clark scored for the Thunder, but Rapid City was able to fire 50 shots and Wichita goalie Ian Keserich.

The Thunder returns to action with games Saturday and Sunday at Colorado. Those two teams will meet again next Wednesday at Intrust Bank Arena.

Eight games remain in the season.
