Bud Gates' second Wichita Easyhome store opened Saturday at 407 E. Pawnee.
Gates, a longtime Wichita entrepreneur, is the president of Easygates LLC, owners of corporate and franchise Easyhome stores in the nation's $6 billion rent-to-own industry.
Tom Cardinal will manage the new store.
Gates' company has the exclusive rights to franchise or operate Easyhome stores in the 36 states not bordering Canada. Easyhome Ltd. is Canada's largest merchandise leasing company and the third largest in the U.S.
