A 1-year-old boy was taken to Wesley Medical Center in critical condition Saturday after an accident in the 3000 block of South Davidson, Wichita police said.
A family member told police that a relative slipped on a potato on the kitchen floor and fell on the child, said police spokesman Sgt. Darren Chambers,. The child was treated for multiple skull fractures.
