A 44-year-old Mulvane man who was critically injured in a crash in Butler County earlier this month has died.
Daryl Demain died Saturday morning at Wesley Medical Center, 10 days after the motorcycle he was riding ran into the back of a station wagon stopped in the left lane of U.S. 54 1 1/2 miles east of Andover.
The collision occurred shortly after 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 4. Demain and the driver of the station wagon, 37-year-old Dale Anderson of Oil City, Penn., were both taken to Wesley for treatment. Anderson was treated and released.
Demain was not wearing a helmet at the time of the collision, authorities have said.
