No. 2 Texas at Baylor
When: 11 a.m.
Records: UT 9-0, 5-0 Big 12; BU 4-5, 1-4
The line: UT by 23 1/2
Radio/TV: FSN, Ch. 34
Storyline: Everybody not wearing burnt orange should root for a Bears victory. Why? Because the BCS would be a mess again, and that's a great reason. Baylor needs two wins in its final three games to reach a bowl. Today would be an incredible first step.
Colorado at Iowa State
When: 1 p.m.
Records: CU 3-6, 2-3; ISU 5-5, 2-4
The line: ISU by 5
Radio/TV: None
Storyline: The Big 12 North's cellar-dwellers meet in... wait, they're third and fourth? Oh yeah, KU and Mizzou are down there. Anyway, CU is still mathematically in the championship game picture. If they somehow win or tie for the North with a 6-6 record, how can you fire Dan Hawkins?
Texas A&M at Oklahoma
When: 6 p.m.
Records: 5-4, 2-3; OU 5-4, 3-2
The line: OU by 20 1/2
Radio/TV: KSGL, 900-AM; FSN, Ch. 34
Storyline: If things are bad in Lawrence and Columbia, think about what they're going through in Norman this week. Three points at Nebraska? Five interceptions? Bowl eligibility still not guaranteed? A&M needs one more win for a bowl opportunity, too, and don't forget what the Aggies did in Lubbock three weeks ago.
Texas Tech at No. 17 Oklahoma State
When: 7 p.m.
Records: Tech 6-3, 3-2; OSU 7-2, 4-1
The line: OSU by 4
Radio/TV: KAKE, Ch. 10
Storyline: The Cowboys bounced back from the Texas loss well, putting Iowa State away with ease. OSU should win a shootout tonight and get on a pretty good roll with Colorado in next week, then the Bedlam game at OU. Tech's playing for bowl seeding.
