BBVA Compass Bank has foreclosed on the Colorado-based partners who own Twin Lakes Shopping Center.
According to a suit filed last week, the partners took out a mortgage for $9.7 million to buy the shopping center in 2006, but have stopped making payments.
Weigand-Omega has been named by Kansas district court as the receiver for the center, which gives it operational oversight.
