Praline pumpkin dessert
This is a great recipe to make ahead and freeze.
Ingredients
1 can pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 pkg. moist white cake mix
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13x2-inch glass baking dish. Mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar and pumpkin pie spice until smooth. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle pecans over cake mix. Pour melted butter over top. Bake uncovered 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
