Robbers take pizzas, buffalo wings

A pizza delivery man was robbed of three pizzas, two orders of buffalo wings and an undetermined amount of cash Saturday night.

The robbery happened at 9:15 p.m. in the 1100 block of North State Street as the Pizza Hut delivery man was making a delivery, said Sgt. Bart Brunscheen, spokesman for the Wichita Police Department.

The man was approached by two men with guns who ordered him back into his car, robbed him of the food and cash, then ordered him to stay in his car for five minutes, threatening to shoot him if he left before then.

The delivery man called police.
