I'm tired of hearing how George Bush and Dick Cheney kept us safe. They ignored President Clinton's terrorist czar, Richard Clarke, about the threats of al-Qaida. The second attack on the World Trade Center on Sept. 11 happened on their watch.

I'm already seeing signs of President Obama starting to distance himself from a lot of the Democrats who are working on the health care bill. If it doesn't fly, he'll be pointing fingers at them.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said "there is no business in America that makes more money than the insurance industry." Lies, again. The insurance industry is 35th down the list. Democrats are up to their corrupt business, as usual.

In our town we are not allowed to give our children H1N1 shots, but thank God the president's kids got their shots. They don't have to worry. Wow.

Three little words have helped raise the cost of health care: "Ask your doctor."

I am an independent who wants to thank the Republicans for holding up extending unemployment benefits. Every day more people lose these benefits, and this is why people are losing their homes. Do you really think this will make us vote for you?

In 2008, California made more than $220 million in tax revenue from medical marijuana. Why isn't the rest of the country doing the same?
