Five different players scored touchdowns for Friends in a 45-10 rout of visiting Saint Mary in KCAC action at Wichita.

Defensive end Jordan Highley had two sacks for Friends while Mike Hyde led the Falcons with six catches for 62 yards and a 16-yard touchdown reception from Tim Rozzell in the first quarter.

Washburn 37, Truman State 7 _ Washburn senior linebacker Zach Watkins broke the school record for career tackles early in the second half as the Ichabods rolled to a 37-7 win in MIAA action over hapless Truman on Senior Day in Topeka.

Watkins broke Grant Gould's record with the 460th tackle of his career and his 100th of the season. Watkins has had at least 100 tackles in each of his four seasons.

Watkins finished with 10 tackles and two tackles for loss.
