Dillons plans to rebuild its store at Harry and Edgemoor as a bigger, nicer store.

Beginning in late November or early December, the company plans to move the business to the former Homeland building at Georgetown and Harry, about one half mile west.

It then will demolish the 54,000 square foot store at Harry and Edgemoor and build an entirely new 78,000 square foot building with a six-pump fuel center.

The new store will incorporate a new design scheme using wood and metal that will be the first for the company in Wichita.
