Mulvane company returning to Wichita

A Mulvane company specializing in educational financial aid consulting is returning to Wichita.

Deborah John & Associates has purchased the former administrative offices of the Kansas District Assemblies of God Church at 3000 W. Kellogg. Christi Howell of J.P. Weigand & Sons brokered the deal. Sales price was unavailable.

The company began its move today and plans to be open next week, Howell said. The three-story building, built in 1963, has a little more than 19,000 square feet. The property includes more than 60,000 square feet for possible expansion.

John, a former financial aid administrator for a large chain of private career schools, founded the companyi n 1988 in Wichita. It has more than 125 clients from Washington to Florida, according to the company Web site, www.gotodja.com.
