New Vision Television, owner of KSNW-TV in Wichita, has emerged from an 80-day bankruptcy restructuring, the company said today.

New Vision founder and chief executive Jason Elkin said the company has eliminated $400 million in debt.

The company owns or provides services to 14 major stations across the country, including two in Topeka. It began the restructuring in July, when it swapped company stock and seats on its board with debt held by creditors.

Elkin will remain chairman and chief executive.
