View city's parking plan for downtown on Web

The record: The plan for downtown parking, particularly for Intrust Bank Arena.

Why you'd want it: To learn more about how the city and county plan to provide parking for arena events. A draft of the "Downtown Parking and Mobility Management Plan," put together by consultants Carl Walker and UrbanTrans, was released this month.

Where you get the record: The 145-page plan is on the city's Web site, www.wichita.gov. Click on the link under the "City Spotlight" menu.

How much it will cost: The information is free.
