BOB'S VEGETABLE CASSEROLE

This recipe is vouched for by a longtime bachelor, who swears it's a hit wherever it's served. (That's good, because it's the only dish in his repertoire.)

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. ground beef
5 new potatoes, chopped
1 cup cut fresh green beans
3 carrots, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup fresh snow peas
1 can corn
4 green onions, chopped
2 cans smoked Vienna sausage, sliced
2 tablespoons butter, cut up
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

DIRECTIONS

Brown ground beef. Drain. Spread on bottom of 13x9 baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Spread over ground beef. Top with chopped butter. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with Texas Toast.
