Searchable database: What property does the city of Wichita own?

Find out about some of the land that belongs to the city of Wichita.

The city's property records show that it owns 3,460 pieces of property. Most don't have addresses. Our database includes the 833 records with specific addresses, which you can search geographically or by how the land is used (elementary school, fire station or museum, etc.).

The land value provides Sedgwick County's appraised value. The improvement value is the value of the buildings or amenities on the land. The total value is the combination of the two amounts.
