In an effort to bring fun to Greensburg kids, Kevin Clash, the man who for years has been the voice of Elmo on "Sesame Street," will visit Kiowa County on Saturday.

He will put on two 30-minute shows at 1:30 and 3 p.m. at Haviland High School's gymnasium as part of the KPTS Kiowa County Kids Carnival, an event for the children affected by the Greensburg tornado.

Alison Bartlett, the woman who plays Gina the Veterinarian on "Sesame Street," will also be at the carnival.

KPTS is still in need of prize items for the event and 30 to 40 volunteers to help operate games, among other tasks. Anyone interested in helping should call 316-838-3090 and ask for Jesse Huxman or Molly Fox.

The carnival is free and open to the public.
